OCHIN is hiring an Optime and Anesthesia Solutions Analyst on the Install team to configure and support Epic EHR applications for Acute Care member organizations. The role focuses on delivering full-cycle build solutions that support accurate, secure, and efficient patient care, provider workflows, and Epic front desk services.

• Minimum of 5 years as an Epic Applications Analyst with at least 3 years of Epic build experience.
• Epic Optime and Anesthesia certifications required.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency and strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Develop, document, and deploy Epic solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Epic-related issues to ensure optimal system performance.
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and member maintenance.
• Create and optimize technical documentation to support cross-functional processes.
• Develop technical design, analysis, and system enhancements skills.
• Travel up to 10% to support on-site Go-Live activities.
