Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
Proficiency with Epic HB/Resolute and related financial modules.
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Informatics or CS or equivalent experience.
Strong Excel and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects, defining build deliverables for revenue cycle work.
Perform complex configuration in Epic and related products.
Serve as SME for project scoping, technical design and process improvement.
Consult with member offices on billing workflows and regulatory requirements.
Translate and design customized Epic financial build logic when needed.
Provide weekly project updates and status reports.
Travel up to 15% for off-site software installations.
