Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking a Director, Epic Install Analysts - Revenue Cycle to lead strategy, operations, and performance of Epic installation teams supporting Revenue Cycle, including Patient Access and Billing. This is a fully remote, full-time role with national scope.

You will drive go-live readiness, ensure quality, and collaborate with PMO, Quality Assurance, Data Services, and Clinical teams to deliver improved access, financial performance, and member value for a national network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in healthcare IT, Epic operations, or related field.
• Epic certification in Revenue Cycle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate installation teams to meet strategic goals.
• Provide leadership across Epic implementation practices and user readiness.
