Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Analyst to join the Revenue Cycle IT Support Team. This role focuses on configuring, maintaining, and supporting HB claims and remittance workflows, ensuring accurate data flow and timely reimbursement.

The position offers remote work from anywhere in the U.S. with some locations requiring in-office presence; on-call support and after-hours availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Epic HB Certification required.
• 3+ years of Epic implementation or support.
• Experience providing after-hours support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME in Epic HB Claims and Remittance, including design, build, testing, and implementation.
• Partner with leadership and end users to configure solutions and provide technical/clinical consultation.
• Participate in Epic upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements through project phases.
• Facilitate design and validation sessions with documentation and issue tracking.
