Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. seeks a Director of Epic Install Analysts - Revenue Cycle to lead strategy, operations, and performance of Epic installation teams across Revenue Cycle including Patient Access and Billing.

This executive will ensure high-quality builds, rigorous testing, and timely go-lives while aligning with member outcomes and service levels. The role requires extensive Epic experience, strong leadership, and collaboration with PMO, QA, Data Services, and Clinical teams to deliver scalable,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Experience managing complex Epic implementations across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and escalation management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate installation analyst teams to support organizational strategy.
• Provide leadership on Epic implementation practices and readiness.
• Oversee staff development, performance, and succession planning.
• Identify portfolio priorities and track progress against metrics.
• Lead Clinical, Lab, and Ancillary implementations across multiple Epic modules.
