OCHIN, Inc. is seeking a Director, Install Analysts - Revenue Cycle to lead Epic installation teams across Revenue Cycle applications, delivering high-quality builds and measurable outcomes for member sites.

This role drives planning, configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and stabilization, ensuring readiness and strong cross-functional alignment while focusing on patient access, billing and revenue integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of seven years in healthcare information technology, Epic operations, implementation, or related field.
• Epic certification in Revenue Cycle preferred.
• Minimum of five years of management/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic installation analysts and ensure quality and performance.
• Direct planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
• Ensure readiness and sustained post-go-live performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on outcomes.
• Mentor and develop installation staff and maintain accountability.
