Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare IT and 3+ years of hands-on Epic HB Claims experience, with proven ability to lead projects and act as SME on revenue cycle, billing and denials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare IT experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Epic HB Claims support.
• Experience with implementations, upgrades, optimization, and complex application builds.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle, billing, claims processing, denials, and reimbursement.
• Ability to independently lead projects and serve as an SME.

Responsibilities

• The role will focus heavily on Claims statusing, application build, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
