Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Population Health IT Analyst to support, optimize, test, and maintain Epic Population Health applications, including Healthy Planet and EpicCare Link, to support Sentara's Population Health strategy.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Epic HP/IP Clin Doc/Case Management certifications are preferred, and remote collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, HIM, Healthcare Admin, IT, or related field is required/preferred.
• 3 years of relevant healthcare, clinical informatics, application support, or IT analyst experience with a degree; 5 years accepted in lieu of degree.
• Experience in clinical case management, care coordination, or population health programs is required.
• Knowledge of inpatient nursing workflows and healthcare operations is helpful.
• Familiarity with Epic Healthy Planet, population health tools, or healthcare tech apps is preferred.
• Experience testing, workflow analysis, system upgrades, or application optimization is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day support, optimization, testing, and maintenance of Epic Population Health applications (Healthy Planet, Inpatient Case Management, EpicCare Link).
• Support application integration, system upgrades, testing, and ongoing operational support for Population Health growth and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and operation.
