Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Population Health IT Analyst to support, test, and maintain Epic Population Health applications (Healthy Planet, Inpatient Case Management, EpicCare Link) in a remote capacity. The role requires clinical informatics experience and familiarity with Epic systems, with opportunities for further certification and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, health information management, healthcare administration, information technology, or a related field.
• 3 years of relevant healthcare, clinical informatics, application support, or IT analyst experience with a degree.
• Experience in clinical case management, care coordination, or population health programs.
• Knowledge of inpatient nursing workflows and healthcare operations.
• Familiarity with Epic Healthy Planet, population health management tools, or healthcare technology applications preferred.
• Experience supporting software testing, workflow analysis, system upgrades, or application optimization activities preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Epic Population Health applications (Healthy Planet, Inpatient Case Management, EpicCare Link).
• Assist with optimization, testing, and maintenance of Epic Population Health tools.
• Support application integration, system upgrades, and ongoing operational support for population health growth and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
