Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Orders Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Orders applications. You will conduct business and systems analysis, define requirements and documentation, design solutions, and communicate with end-users to understand issues and implement fixes.

You will design and test Epic workflows, perform routine maintenance, and implement new functionality. The role includes leading small to medium projects, updating stakeholders, and performing root cause analysis to

Qualifications

3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree
Epic Orders experience preferred
3 years of healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications. Performs and documents workflow analysis while evaluating user experience.
Using knowledge of Epic, configures changes within the Epic environments to provide standardized, comprehensive workflows.
Contributes to and manages small to medium projects independently. Updates stakeholders on progress.
Conducts problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
