Job summary

enGen is seeking an experienced Epic analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic Orders applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, document requirements, and work with end-users to implement solutions remotely.

Responsibilities include designing, testing, and maintaining Epic workflows; providing end-user training; and managing small to mid-size projects with timely updates to stakeholders. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of relevant work experience may substitute for degree.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and workflow; documents processes and user needs.
• Configures Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and supports end-user issues.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects with stakeholder updates.
• Performs root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
