Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Orders analyst to configure, rollout, and support the Epic Orders applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, design configurations, and resolve issues while communicating with end-users to implement solutions.

You will plan, design, test, and support Epic workflows, maintain documentation, and provide guidance to end-users. This remote-based role requires 3+ years in Epic environments and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within Epic modules.
• Experience with Epic Orders is preferred.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience documenting requirements, workflows, and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software needs.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow analysis; supports environments using domain knowledge.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows; maintains and updates systems.
• Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance Epic usage and resolves issues.
• Contributes to small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
