• Analyze processes to understand operations and workflows.
• Build, test and maintain Epic Orders interfaces and integrations with third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot integration/mapping issues and develop test scripts.
• Interact with senior analysts and IT staff; present information to users and tailor communication.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the Epic platform and related modules.
