Job summary

Top Prospect Group is seeking an Epic IS Analyst to support the build, configuration, maintenance, testing, optimization, and integration of Epic applications in a healthcare environment. This role partners with clinical, operational, and technical teams to deliver system enhancements, resolve production issues, and support ongoing upgrades.

The position is fully remote for approved hiring states, with responsibilities including production support, migrations, environment promotions, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least one active Epic certification required.
3+ years of experience supporting Epic or other enterprise healthcare applications.
Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, and implementation activities
Experience supporting third-party application integrations.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic applications.
Manage production support, maintenance tickets, and issue resolution.
Perform testing, validation, and documentation for system enhancements and upgrades.
Support application migrations, deployments, and environment promotions.
Collaborate with clinical stakeholders and third-party vendors on application enhancements and integrations.
Participate in system upgrades, optimization initiatives, and ongoing support activities.
Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
