Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic OpTime Analyst to join our combined Epic OpTime and Anesthesia team. The ideal candidate will understand perioperative workflows and have experience with Epic OpTime and/or Anesthesia modules. Certification is preferred but not required at hire.

The role involves configuring, rolling out, and supporting Epic applications, performing business/system analysis, documenting requirements, and communicating with end-users to implement solutions. Remote-based work available.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic OpTime Systems Analyst experience OR experience with ORIS/PIS management
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for the periop departments, leveraging the Epic OpTime module.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to understand their needs and translate those needs into effective analytical solutions within Epic OpTime
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation processes related to Epic OpTime
• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects independently.
