enGen is seeking a highly motivated Epic OpTime Analyst to join our Epic OpTime and Anesthesia team. The role focuses on configuring, rolling out, and supporting Epic OpTime, with emphasis on perioperative workflows and end-user collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of Epic modules experience, OpTime or ORIS/PIS exposure, and Epic Certification within 6 months. This remote-based position offers a competitive pay range and opportunities to impact patient care through technical expertise.

Qualificações

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic OpTime certification within 6 months preferred.
• Associates degree required; 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree accepted.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide analytical support for periop departments leveraging Epic OpTime.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to translate needs into Epic OpTime solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing and implementation for Epic OpTime.
• Identify opportunities to improve perioperative efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
• Plan, design/build, test, and support Epic software workflows.
• Configure Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and user guidance.
• Support end-users and resolve Epic-related issues.
• Manage small to medium projects and update stakeholders on progress.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
