Job summary

enGen is seeking a highly motivated Epic OpTime Analyst to join our combined Epic OpTime and Anesthesia team. The ideal candidate will understand perioperative workflows and have experience with Epic OpTime and/or Anesthesia modules.

Epic OpTime certification is preferred but not required at the time of hire. This role is responsible for configuring, rolling out, and supporting the assigned Epic applications.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic OpTime Systems Analyst experience OR ORIS/PIS management (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for periop departments, leveraging Epic OpTime.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to translate needs into Epic OpTime solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation related to Epic OpTime.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in perioperative/surgical areas.
• Contribute to small to medium projects and update stakeholders on progress.
• Plan, design/build, test, and support Epic software.
• Configure changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows.
• Resolve end-user issues with Epic and provide training materials.
