Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking an Integrated Lab Supervisor for the Lab and Imaging Ancillary Team. You will train and motivate a team of Epic analysts, manage projects, provide feedback and performance management, and communicate risks to deliver high-quality service for members.

The role emphasizes process improvements, resource planning, and collaboration with Help Desk/Product teams. Remote work is supported across the United States, with up to 20% travel for Go-Live and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of college education and 5-7 years of experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a related role with supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have extensive Epic EHR experience and relevant healthcare IT background.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Epic analysts and measure performance.
• Manage workflows, tickets, and complex integration issues with go-live support.
• Collaborate with Help Desk and Product teams to resolve escalations.
• Plan resources, monitor SLAs, and drive process improvements.
• Train staff, conduct sessions, and maintain project timelines.
