Job summary

OCHIN, a national nonprofit health IT organization, seeks an Epic Cadence/Prelude Learning Manager to lead the Learning portfolio and teams across the organization. You will oversee strategy, projects, processes, and staff, partnering with executives to drive improvements, staff development, and successful delivery of learning programs for members and internal teams.

This remote role requires healthcare operations experience, Cadence/Prelude expertise, and strong leadership to scale learning

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience within healthcare operational teams.
• 6+ years of Cadence/Prelude experience.
• Epic certification or proficiency in Cadence and/or Prelude preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, healthcare, health informatics, related field, or equivalent experience; master’s degree preferred.
• Travel up to 15% may be required to attend OCHIN organizational events or provide onsite member services

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop staff across levels, recruitment, training and development, rewards and recognition, performance coaching.
• Coordinate team objectives, processes, resourcing, projects, and schedules to meet goals.
• Align project goals with OCHIN strategic direction and organizational goals.
• Ensure adherence to standards and SLAs with clear status reporting processes.
• Monitor data for risks; propose mitigation steps and escalate as needed.
• Build relationships with members and staff at all levels, maintaining trust.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize work using KPIs and survey data.
• Communicate decisions, outcomes, and best practices to stakeholders.
• Act as escalation point for after-hours support.
• Design and improve Learning Programs through evaluation and training.
• Draft statements of work for learning and stabilization services.
• Travel to member sites to support staff and gather feedback.
• Other duties as assigned
