OCHIN is a nonprofit leader in health care innovation and a trusted partner to a growing national provider network. The Quality Management Analyst role supports Epic releases by combining hands-on testing with clear documentation and communication.

The position designs testing strategies, develops scripts, and collaborates with development teams to ensure high-quality software while enabling a flexible remote work arrangement across the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a healthcare setting, using technology daily.
• At least 2-3 years as an Epic Analyst or equivalent (testing, troubleshooting).
• Epic ClinDoc background highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies and define testing requirements, testing objectives, and testing scope.
• Develop and execute testing, which includes defining testing goals, developing test cases and test scripts, identifying expected outcomes, and more for various types of testing (ex: unit, functional, integrated, regression, workflow, etc).
• Identify and prepare test patients and other testing scenario preparations requirements.
• Track outcomes, issues, and defects found in testing.
• Partner with development/build teams to improve quality, including addressing issues found in testing as well as other sources of quality improvement.
• Communicate improvements and updates to the software, including enhancements, fixes, and known issues, which may include both written and verbal forms of communication.
