Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking an Analyst I for EPIC EHR applications. This remote role supports Epic and related clinical systems, handling change requests, maintenance, testing, and end-user support.

You will configure, document, test, and maintain software; collaborate with hospital leadership, clinical users, IT, and other departments to ensure system usage and acceptance. A Bachelor's degree and Epic certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Epic Healthy Planet/Compass Rose certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and testing moderately complex software configurations for deployment.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to Epic EHR applications and other clinical apps.
• Assist in documenting and executing test cases and scripts.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and IT to refine requirements and solutions.
• Provide first-line incident support and participate in after-hours on-call rotation if needed.
