HW Staffing Solutions is seeking an Epic IS Analyst to support build, configuration, maintenance, testing, optimization, and integration of Epic applications in a healthcare environment. You will partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to deliver system enhancements and resolve production issues.

The role includes on-call rotation, collaboration with vendors, and involvement in migrations and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least one active Epic certification required.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Epic or other enterprise healthcare applications.
• Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, and implementation activities.
• Experience supporting third-party application integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Build, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic applications.
• Manage production support, maintenance tickets, and issue resolution.
• Perform testing, validation, and documentation for system enhancements and upgrades.
• Support application migrations, deployments, and environment promotions.
• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders and third-party vendors on application enhancements and integrations.
• Participate in system upgrades, optimization initiatives, and ongoing support activities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
