University Hospitals is seeking a Senior Epic Analyst to design, configure, test, and implement Epic system changes. You will lead cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, engage stakeholders, and build Epic software aligned with operational needs.

The role emphasizes project management, complex problem solving, and end‑to‑end lifecycle support including upgrades, documentation, and user adoption. Strong communication and Epic certification are essential.

Competenze

• High School/GED required; Bachelor's preferred in IS/Business/Healthcare.
• Experience with Epic applications and IT healthcare environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are required.
• Knowledge of HL7 interfaces and SQL-based applications is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of Epic applications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design workflows.
• Mentor analysts and oversee testing scripts and deployment to production.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and end-user training materials.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support and ensure PHI security and change control compliance.
