Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year relevant experience.
• Epic EHR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, verifies, documents, amends and refactors moderately complex software configurations for deployment.
• Collaborates in reviews and investigates issues related to applications.
• Performs testing and uses management tools to collect performance statistics.
• Provides first-line incident resolution and supports after-hours on-call rotation.
