Job summary

Norton Healthcare is seeking an Intermediate Clinical Application Systems Analyst to develop, configure, and maintain clinical IT systems, managing change requests and enhancements. You will support existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with vendors and IS partners to implement effective solutions.

You will work across all phases of applications analysis, programming, configuration and testing with minimal supervision, ensuring alignment with clinical environment requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 3 years of clinical application support or 5 years in clinical experience.
• Without an Associate's Degree, 5 years of clinical application experience or 7 years in clinical experience.
• Epic certification must be obtained within 12 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and maintain clinical application systems and follow change control processes.
• Support existing clinical IT systems including routine maintenance, problem management and troubleshooting.
• Analyze system needs and present recommendations to senior analysts and management.
