Job summary

NorthBay Health is seeking a Sr. Epic Clinical Systems Analyst to lead the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of Epic clinical applications.

You will collaborate with clinicians, IT, and operational leaders to design solutions that improve safety, privacy, and workflow efficiency while reducing manual tasks for staff and patients. You will mentor junior Epic analysts, oversee build activities with Physician Builders, and promote standardization as new features are released, ensuring

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ Epic or EHR administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare/IT or related field.
• Current Epic certification in two or more clinical applications required or to be obtained within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, and maintain Epic clinical applications.
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT services, and operations to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Mentor junior Epic analysts and coordinate with Physician Builders on builds.
• Promote standardization and leverage new Epic features to improve workflows.
