Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 3 years of clinical application support or 5 years in clinical experience is required.
• Without an Associate's Degree, 5 years in clinical application support or 7 years in clinical experience is required.
• Epic certification must be obtained within 12 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and maintain clinical application systems and follow change control processes.
• Support clinical information technology systems including routine maintenance, problem management and troubleshooting.
• Analyze system needs, investigate solutions and present recommendations to senior analysts and management.
• Serve as liaison between system vendors and internal users and IS partners.
• Work on all phases of applications systems analysis, programming, configuration, testing and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
