Job summary

Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a Systems Analyst II on the IS Clinical Applications team to support clinical applications that enable patient care and healthcare operations. You will partner with clinicians, operational leaders, vendors, and IT teams to analyze requirements, implement enhancements, and troubleshoot issues.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree, ITIL preferred, and 5 years of IT support experience in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, required.
• ITIL certification or training preferred.
• 5 years of IT support experience, healthcare environment preferred.
• Strong SQL, data management and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Carries out systems analysis and supports complex systems across departments.
• Manages data analytics, reports, and interface testing.
• Coordinates user acceptance testing and provides technical support.
• Documents design, testing and maintenance procedures; ensures data integrity.
• Collaborates to integrate new systems and performs updates/upgrades.
