Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with technical and end-user groups to ensure applications meet clinical and business needs.
• Performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and test issues for design decisions.
• Translates business/clinical functionality into system configuration and workflow.
• Prepares and executes test scripts for testing, releases, integration, and user acceptance.
• Documents test results, changes, problems, and procedures per standards.
• Provides troubleshooting and triage for complex applications and monitors data quality.
• Assists with implementation and support of third-party systems.
• Ensures integration with cross-functional applications used by the organization.
