Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Healthcare Systems-Customer Service.
• Experience with Epic modules and configurations.
• Strong data analysis capabilities for quantitative and qualitative data.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client incidents and requests regarding Epic clinical aspects.
• Proactively manage all assigned and unassigned incidents and requests.
• Drive resolution to meet account SLAs and handle calls per processes.
• Understand Epic configurations and participate in knowledge management training.
• Mentor service desk staff and analyze closed incidents to improve knowledge base.
