Job summary

enGen is seeking a Beaker/Epic administrator to configure, rollout, and support Epic Beaker solutions. You will conduct analysis, define requirements, and design system workflows while documenting processes. The role also involves troubleshooting, training, and supporting end-users to optimize Epic workflows.

Required: 3 years' Epic modules systems administration, Epic certification within 6 months, and a relevant degree or 2 years of equivalent experience. Remote-based, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry (preferred).
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Systems, Healthcare or related field (preferred).
• Associates degree required; substitutions: 2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Configures, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflows.
• Provides end-user guidance and resolves issues on Epic environments.
• Manages small to medium projects and communicates progress to stakeholders.
