Job summary

enGen seeks an Epic Beaker analyst to configure, roll out, and support Beaker environments. You will perform business analysis, requirements documentation, and design workflows aligned with end-user needs.

You will communicate with end users, resolve issues, and support testing and documentation. Requires 3+ years of Epic admin experience, Beaker familiarity, and Epic certification within 6 months; remote-based role with 0%–25% travel.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with end users.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software needs.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow analysis; creates user documentation and training materials.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to support standardized workflows and implements new functionality.
• Provides guidance to end-users to enhance use of Epic and resolve issues.
• Manages small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs problem-solving and root-cause analysis for routine to moderately complex issues.
