Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker specialist to configure, rollout, and support Epic Beaker applications. The role includes business/system analysis, requirements definition, system design, and end-user problem resolution in a remote-based setting.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of Epic module administration experience and an Associates degree, with preferred Bachelor’s in CS/IS/Healthcare and Epic certification within 6 months. Strong communication and project skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflow analyses and maintains documentation.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and supports end-users with new functionality.
• Manages small to medium projects independently and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems and documents solutions.
