Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry (preferred).
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes requirements and documents workflow; supports end-users and creates training materials.
• Configures changes in Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and updates systems.
• Leads small to medium projects; communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Performs problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve issues.
