Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications. Performs workflow analysis and documents processes.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows; corrects issues and implements new functionality.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects; updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve issues and document solutions.
