Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a professional to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, document designs, and implement solutions that enable standardized workflows across Epic environments.

You will guide end users, create training materials, and maintain documentation. The role includes small-to-medium projects, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders to track progress and deliver reliable

Qualifications

3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration and testing tasks at basic to moderate levels of complexity.
Excellent customer service skills
Demonstrates knowledge of project management principles as they relate to assigned tasks
2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree
Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications.
Perform business and systems analysis, define requirements and document designs.
Plan, design/build, test, implement and support Epic needs.
Provide guidance to end-users and resolve end-user system issues.
Contribute to small to medium projects and update stakeholders on progress.
Conduct root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
