Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Beaker administrator to configure, roll out, and support Beaker modules. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, and design workflows that fit clinical needs.

You will train end users, maintain environments, and document implementations. The role requires strong customer service and collaboration with stakeholders on project delivery, schedules, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications.
• Performs business/systems analysis, requirements definition and documentation, system design, and problem resolution.
• Updates stakeholders on progress and manages small to medium projects.
• Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance the use of Epic and resolves end-user system issues.
• Creates and maintains documentation and training materials regarding implementations.
