Job summary

enGen seeks an Epic Beaker Systems Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Beaker applications. You will perform analysis, requirements definition, system design, and implement end-user solutions.

The role requires 3 years of Epic systems administration, and Epic Application Certification within 6 months. Remote-based with 0–25% travel and an Associate degree or 2 years of related experience as alternatives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred (3 years).
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months required.
• Associates degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software solutions.
• Analyzes requirements and documents workflow, user experience, and system specs.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to support standardized workflows and new functionality.
• Leads small-to-medium projects and provides timely progress updates to stakeholders.
• Performs root-cause analysis and documents solutions for routine to moderately complex issues.
