Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Healthcare or relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design/build/test/implement and support Epic software.
• Analyze system requirements and document workflows and user experiences.
• Configure changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and support end users.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects; update stakeholders on progress.
• Perform problem-solving to resolve routine to moderately complex issues.
