Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will conduct business and systems analysis, define requirements, and design solutions while assisting end users and delivering training.

Responsibilities include planning and executing small to medium projects, documenting workflows, and guiding users to maximize Epic Beaker capabilities. This remote-based role requires Epic Certification within 6 months and may involve 0–25% travel.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Epic module systems administration experience.
• Associates degree or 2 years of relevant work experience as substitute for degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months; Beaker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, configures, tests, and supports Epic Beaker software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow and end-user needs.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to enable standardized workflows and new functionality.
• Manages small to medium projects and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Performs root cause analysis and documents solutions.
