Job summary

enGen seeks an Epic Beaker-focused analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, and document solutions, enabling end-users and maintaining workflow efficiency.

The role requires 3 years of Epic-related systems administration, an Associate degree (or 2 years substitute), and Epic Application Certification within 6 months. Remote-based with potential travel.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Associates degree required; 2 years of relevant work experience may substitute for the degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Configures, rolls out, and supports Epic Beaker applications.
• Performs business/system analysis, requirements definition and documentation.
• Designs and implements standardized Epic workflows and resolves end-user issues.
• Leads small to medium projects and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Performs problem solving and root cause analysis for routine to moderately complex issues.
