enGen seeks an Epic Beaker configuration analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, design solutions, and train end-users for effective use.

You will contribute to small to medium projects, keep stakeholders updated, and help resolve issues through problem-solving and root-cause analysis. Remote-based role with healthcare setting experience preferred.

Formación

• Associates degree required; 2 years of relevant work experience allowed in lieu of degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or related field preferred.
• 3 years of systems administration experience within Epic modules.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software across environments.
• Analyzes system requirements, documents workflows, and maintains user training materials.
• Configures changes in Epic environments to support standardized workflows and end-user needs.
• Manages small to medium projects, updates stakeholders, and tracks progress.
• Performs problem-solving and root-cause analysis to resolve issues.
