Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, document designs, and help end-users resolve issues in a remote-based environment.

Responsibilities include designing, testing, and deploying Epic workflows; maintaining documentation; managing small to medium projects; and providing training materials.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyses and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflow; supports environments as needed.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows; updates systems with new functionality; guides end-users.
• Contributes to small to medium projects and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Performs problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve issues.
