Qualifications

• Associates degree required; 2 years of relevant work experience allowed in lieu of degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire.
• 3 years of systems administration/analyst experience in Epic Beaker or similar modules.
• Experience configuring, rolling out, and supporting Epic Beaker workflows.

Responsabilités

• Plans, designs, builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic Beaker software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow specifications.
• Configures Epic environments to provide standardized, efficient workflows.
• Troubleshoots issues and maintains systems with new functionality.
• Manages small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Provides end-user guidance and training materials.
