Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. The role focuses on business and systems analysis, requirements definition, and documentation. You will design, test, and deploy Epic solutions while training end-users and maintaining documentation.

The candidate will communicate with stakeholders, manage small projects, and perform root-cause analysis to resolve issues. A strong background in healthcare IT and Epic certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; 2 years of relevant work experience may substitute.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months is required.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflow analyses and user experiences.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to enable standardized workflows and updates systems with new functionality.
• Provides guidance and end-user support to enhance Epic usage and resolve issues.
• Manages small to medium projects and provides timely progress updates to stakeholders.
• Performs root cause analyses to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
