enGen seeks an Epic Beaker-focused analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will engage with end-users to define requirements, document processes, and implement solutions that improve workflows in Epic environments.

Responsibilities include designing, testing, and maintaining Epic configurations, resolving issues, and guiding users. Aiming for progress on projects, you will collaborate with stakeholders and manage tasks with strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Associates degree required; 2 years of relevant work experience may substitute an Associate's Degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months is required.
• Beaker is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflow analyses and user experience.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and updates systems with new functionalities.
• Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance Epic usage and resolve issues.
• Contributes to and manages small to medium projects, updating stakeholders on progress.
