enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, document workflows, and provide end-user solutions.

You will communicate with end users to understand issues and implement effective resolutions. The role requires 3 years of Epic module systems administration, with a preference for healthcare industry experience.

Qualifications

• Associates required; 2 years of relevant work experience can substitute for degree.
• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Preferred: 3 years in healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design/build, test, implement, and support Epic software.
• Analyze system requirements; document workflows and user experience; maintain docs and training materials.
• Configure changes in Epic environments to provide standardized workflows; fix issues and deploy new functionality.
• Lead small to medium projects; update stakeholders on progress.
• Perform problem-solving and root cause analysis for routine to moderately complex issues.
