Qualifications

• 3 years of Epic systems administration experience in one or more modules.
• Associates degree required; 2 years of relevant work experience may substitute.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Beaker experience is preferred in a healthcare setting.
• 3 years healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software needs.
• Analyzes system requirements; documents workflow; supports environments.
• Configures changes within Epic to provide standardized workflows and fixes issues.
• Manages small to medium projects; updates stakeholders regularly.
• Performs root cause analysis and documents resolutions.
