Qualifikationen

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Demonstrates knowledge of project management principles.

Aufgaben

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications.
• Perform business/systems analysis, requirements definition and documentation.
• Plan, design/build, tests, implements, and supports Epic workflows.
• Provide guidance and end-user support to enhance Epic usage and resolve issues.
• Manage small to medium projects and update stakeholders on progress.
• Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve issues.
