Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an Epic Beaker specialist to configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications. You will perform workflow analysis, document requirements, and design solutions to standardize processes.

You will work remotely, support end-users, and lead small to medium projects with timely stakeholder updates. A minimum of 3 years of Epic systems administration is required, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and Epic certification within 6 months.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Epic systems administration experience in one or more modules.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Healthcare, or related field.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications.
• Perform workflow analysis and document requirements and designs.
• Provide end-user guidance and resolve software issues.
• Manage small to medium projects and update stakeholders regularly.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for routine to moderately complex problems.
